Founded in 2015 by Dorothy and Lushington, LushDot Visions is a non-denominational, not-for-profit organization in Ghana, passionately committed to youth empowerment and community development. For the past 10 years, we have inspired young minds through transformational programs, including 10 annual editions of our flagship youth empowerment events—Solution Holders Conference and Draspiration.
Beyond events, we have impacted lives through life-empowering seminars and the donation of essential learning materials to schools in seven rural communities across the Eastern and Central Regions. At LushDot Visions, we believe in equipping the next generation to dream big, take action, and create lasting change.

Draspiration is our annual youth empowerment event in Accra, Ghana, held every Independence Day. Through drama and inspirational sessions, it helps young people discover their purpose and has already transformed hundreds of lives.

This 2025 trip was successful. I was so happy to see the children running at the start to come and then see us. It was also sad seeing that some of them didn’t have shoes bag and other things for school . We made it very possible for them to have all those things. Even with a large population, we were able to give every student books pens pencils sharpensstory books and many more. The part where the headmaster said NGO’s come around and cannot give all the students these school items because of the huge number of students , but we made it possible that every student had a book was very touching. God bless, make a life campaign.
Participating in the MLBC exercise at the school was a truly fulfilling experience. It provided an opportunity to give back to the community and support students who are in need. Seeing the smiles and excitement on the faces of the pupils as they received the items was heartwarming and reminded me how small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
The event also created a sense of unity and teamwork among everyone involved.
